EasyDilate provides presurgical convenience in one simple drop.
EasyDilate TP (TROPICAMIDE-PHENYLEPHRINE HCL 1%-2.5%) Ophthalmic Drops was born out of a desire to streamline presurgical times. EasyDilate is a simple solution. Taken just before surgery (beginning one hour prior on average), allows a patient to be fully dilated before their scheduled surgery time.
Most provider offices have patients use three to four drops, spaced out by about 15 minutes in the hour leading up to surgery time. Your provider will provide specific instructions. The drops work very quickly and the patient’s eye is prepared for surgery.
EasyDilate does require refrigeration. It is shipped at room temperature with instructions clearly marked on the container to place it in the refrigerator upon receipt. The bottle contains 2ml of drops, more than enough drops for two procedures. The best use date for the drops is 45 days, so surgeries would need to be no more than 30 days apart.
